Kazakhstan Approves New Cost of Transporting Russian Oil

Kazakhstans Energy Ministry has approved for the period 2017-2018 the cost of transporting Russian oil in the volume of up to 10 million tonnes per year through the territory of Kazakhstan to China in the amount of $11 36 cents for 1 tonne without VAT, the press- service of national company KazTransOil reported on March 9.

In particular, on the section of the border of Russia the border of Kazakhstan (Priirtyshsk) Atasu (Kazakhstan), the cost of transporting Russian oil will be $3.11 per 1 tonne without VAT.

And on the section of the site Atasu (Kazakhstan) Alashankou (China) the cost of transporting of Russian oil will be $8,25 per 1 tonne without VAT.

The previous cost of transporting Russian oil on this route was $ 9,8 per 1 tonne without VAT.
