The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan
will finance the implementation of the Transanatolian gas pipeline project and
new petrochemical complex in Garadagh in 2013.
The statement came
from chief executive of SOFAZ Shahmar Movsumov speaking at the session of the
parliamentary commission on discussing the state budget of
Azerbaijan
for 2013.
He said AZN 300m of the SOFAZ means will be used for the improvement of social
state of refugees and IDPs, AZN 27m for completion of the project of the
Samur-Absheron water channel, AZN 138m for the project of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars
railway and AZN 34m for education of Azerbaijani students abroad.
There is a plan to use AZN 2,149,000,000 for financing investment projects from
SOFAZ in 2013.
