Gas supplies to Greece resumed early yesterday after they were cut off on Monday due to an explosion on a pipeline near Blagoevgrad in southwestern Bulgaria, announced the Bulgarian gas group Bulgargaz. The pipeline supplies some 2.7 billion cubic metres of Russian gas to Greece through Bulgaria every year, Bulgargaz said.
