Petkim, Turkey's state chemicals manufacturer, had its steepest decline in six weeks in Istanbul trading after Milliyet newspaper said that the TransCentralAsia, the top bidder in a July auction for Petkim is having trouble raising funds.
Petkim shares dived Ykr 45, or 4.6 percent, to YTL 9.45 as of 10.01 a.m. in Istanbul, heading for their biggest fall since Aug. 16.
