A Turkish court rejected an application by a labor union against the sale of chemicals maker Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.Ş.
The administrative appeals court in the capital Ankara rejected a case brought by labor union Petrol-İs to suspend the sale, officials said yesterday.
The government's asset sales agency on Oct. 16 backed a $2.04 billion bid for 51 percent of Petkim by Turcas Petrolculuk AS and Azerbaijan's state oil company Socar.
