Libya's oil policy head Shokri Ghanem said Sunday that OPEC leaders had agreed on its final communique and it doesn't mention the impact of the weak dollar on the group's revenues, as expected.

However, Ghanem said the group is to discuss the dollar issue at the Dec. 5 meeting in Abu Dhabi.

Ghanem also confirmed to Dow Jones Newswires that Libya is to host the next heads of state summit in 2012 and that it wouldn't be contributing money to a green technology fund

Leaders of OPEC nations are to commit to supplying "sufficient and reliable" oil supplies to the world, according to a final summit communique obtained by AFP Sunday.

"We have decided to continue to assure supplies of oil to the market in a way that is sufficient and reliable to meet the needs of the world," the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries said in an Arabic copy of the statement, translated by AFP. OPEC also stressed the importance of world peace for the stability of oil prices, according to the statement.
