The management board of Electricite de France SA (1024251.FR) may ratify the nomination of company executive Dominique Lagarde to the post of deputy chief executive, French business daily Les Echos reports Thursday without naming its sources.
Lagarde, who would be responsible for human ressources in his new role, would succeed Yann Laroche, and would enter the top four executives at the head of EdF, Les Echos reports, without saying where it got the information.
The board's ratification of Lagarde's nomination is set to take place at a meeting slated for Thursday afternoon, the report says.
