Sibir Energy: Crude Output From Salym Field Now 120,000 B/D

London-listed Sibir Energy PLC (SBE.LN), an oil producer focused on Russia, Wednesday said production at its Salym field, which it operates on a fifty-fifty basis with Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA), has exceeded 120,000 barrels a day.
London-listed Sibir Energy PLC (SBE.LN), an oil producer focused on Russia, Wednesday said production at its Salym field, which it operates on a fifty-fifty basis with Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA), has exceeded 120,000 barrels a day.

With Salym's 60,000 barrels a day and combined with production from Sibir Energy's Yuzhnoye field in West Siberia, the company's total daily production now exceeds 67,000 barrels a day.

Last year, the company produced 48,800 barrels a day, up 80% from the previous year.
