U.N. atomic watchdog chief Mohamed ElBaradei demanded "full disclosure" from Iran as his board of governors opened a meeting focused on Tehran's disputed nuclear program, a diplomat said.
During his opening statement to the International Atomic Energy Agency board, ElBaradei made a "tough statement calling for Iran to provide full disclosure" about its nuclear program, said a western diplomat who attended the meeting.
The director general "said it was regrettable that there was no progress" from Tehran on the issue, the diplomat said.
