RWE's (RWE.XE) offer to the EU to sell its gas tranmission grid is positive, says LBBW analyst Bernhard Jeggle, noting the relatively small size of the business. Says the larger gas distribution grid isn't affected by the deal. Adds the sale would considerably lower risk of a hefty antitrust fine.
Also says that an asset swap, which CEO Grossmann prefers, could help improve RWE international position and reduce dependence on German market. Rates RWE hold with EUR82 target. Shares -0.2% at EUR82.90. (JAH)
