BRUSSELS (AFP)--The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe has received Russia's agreement to send 20 military observers to Georgia immediately and is awaiting approval from Tbilisi, Finnish Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb, the organization's chairman, said Tuesday.
"We have the green light from 55 member states of the OSCE but we are waiting for the green light from Tbilisi," Stubb told a news conference, adding that he was confident of getting Georgia's agreement later in the day
