European Union energy ministers will hold an extraordinary meeting Monday on the Russia-Ukraine gas dispute, the spokesman for E.U. Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs told BBC radio Friday.
Ferran Tarradellas also said the E.U.'s gas coordination group would meet later Friday to examine ways of helping those countries worst affected by the halt to Russian gas shipments via Ukraine.
