MOSCOW (Dow Jones)--Russian gas monopoly OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS) has lost $1.1 billion in revenue from European exports since Jan. 1 as a result of its dispute with Ukraine, the Interfax news agency cited President Dmitry Medvedev as saying Wednesday.
