STRASBOURG (AFP)--The gas crisis between Russia and Ukraine will have "political consequences" for relations with the E.U. if it isn't resolved quickly, the 27-nation bloc's Czech presidency warned Wednesday.
"The time is expiring and we need to have results," Czech Deputy Prime Minister Alexandr Vondra told lawmakers at the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
"If we do not have results, it will inevitably have political consequences on our relations with both countries," he added, without elaborating on what the consequences could be.
