"The Nabucco gas pipeline is a very important project and the Czech Republic will do its best in its completion," Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek whose country is currently holding EU presidency.
According to him, not only Eastern-European countries but also EU as a whole is convinced in the necessity of Nabucco.
Bulgarian PM Sergei Stanishev pointed out that the gas dispute between Russia and Ukraine, which made most of EU member states hostages to it, gave additional impetus for Nabucco's completion.
