Russia and Georgia have agreed on proposals aimed at preventing conflicts, a European Union envoy said Wednesday following two days of security talks here.
Russia and Georgia have agreed on proposals aimed at preventing conflicts, a European Union envoy said Wednesday following two days of security talks here.

"During the talks of Feb. 17 and 18 in Geneva, the participants have discussed and agreed on consensus proposals for mechanisms of joint prevention and resolution of incidents," said Pierre Morel, the E.U.'s envoy on the crisis in Georgia.
