Energie Baden-Wuerttemberg AG (EBK.XE) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Turkey's Borusan Holdings AS (BRYAT.IS) to build wind parks and hydropower plants in Turkey, the Financial Times Deutschland reports.
"As a first step we want to invest around EUR1 billion together over the next three to four years," Hans-Peter Villis, Chairman of EnBW says in Tuesday's edition of the newspaper.
The two companies plan to estabilish a 50-50 joint venture company in April, he adds.
