Russia has halted oil flows to the Black Sea port of Tuapse due to a pipeline leak, the country's pipeline operator OAO Transneft (TRNFP.RS) said Wednesday.
The accident, caused by technical errors, happened late Tuesday night, the company said. A spokesman wasn't able to say how much oil usually flows through the pipeline, or when supplies would resume.
