An impressive exhibition, the 2nd “Ecotec – Environmental technologies & Photovoltaic systems”, the national convention of Local Administrations and Prefectures and a series of interesting conferences, compose a 4-day of ecology with extreme interest starting from Friday April 3rd in Expo Athens, in Anthousa Attikis.
In 3 spacious hall rooms, the most important Greek and foreign companies in the field of environmental technologies will present their products, systems and applications, as well as their proposals and ideas which aim in directions such as the production of energy from renewable sources, sustainable development, better environment and in total contribution to the improvement of life quality.
In the same area (April 3-5) «Ecocity» and KEDKE organize the 1st National Convention of Local Administrations titled «Coloring the city - Air, water, housing, energy, transport, recycling» which will host mayors, administrators and counselors of prefectures and communities from all over Greece.
• On Saturday April 4th, the Hellenic Wind Association (HWA) will organize a conference titled «Who killed Aeolus» (09:00-12:30, Conference hall Γ)
• On the same day at noon (15:30 – 17:00, Conference hall Γ), the company Amiantit Pipe Systems will organize a conference titeld «Water Management – Sewage – GRP pipes (Cases) ».
• On Monday April 6th, (12:00 noon, Conference hall A), a press conference will be held along with presentations from the international convention and workshops «ECOWEEK 2009 Empowering Youth: Ecology - Leadership - Architecture».
• A conference will follow titled «Sunny Backup – System: Solar Power in cases of network failure » which is organized by the company SMA Hellas SA. (17:00 – 18:00, Conference hall B)
