Azerbaijan energy minister Natik Aliev Sunday said he expects his country to have 65 million tons of oil output in 2010.
Azerbaijan produced 48 million tons of oil in 2008, Aliev said, speaking in Vienna ahead of OPEC's first output policy meeting in three months.
Members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries are meeting Sunday to review the group's production policy and determine whether another output cut is necessary.
