Turkey's privatization agency OIB said Thursday it will hold a final tender for the privatization of three electricity distribution grids Friday, the Ihlas News Agency, or IHA, reported.

OIB previously said five bids have been received for Coruh Elektrik Dagitim AS, 12 bids for Osmangazi Elektrik Dagitim AS and 12 bids for Yesilirmak Elektrik Dagitim AS.

The bidders include energy firms Calik Enerji and AK Enerji Elektrik Uretim AS (AKENR.IS) which has applied for all the three of the power grids.

Coruh Elektrik Dagitim is operational in five cities in the northeast of Turkey and Osmangazi Elektrik Dagitim serves in five western cities, while Yesilirmak Elektrik Dagitim provides a service along the Black Sea coast.
