The convention aims to put in place a regular exchange of information and a
formalized consultation between the three parties on decisions taken by GDF
Suez that could affect the continuity or security of power supply in
France
and
Belgium
, the
French Prime Minister's office said in a statement.
The convention was signed by France's Prime Minister, Francois Fillon,
Belgium
's
Prime Minister, Herman Van Rompuy, and Chief Executive of GDF-Suez, Gerard
Mestrallet.
