Russia's economy will grow around 3% this year given an oil price of $65 a barrel, the country's Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said Friday.
"Our forecasts suggest that with oil at $65 a barrel, we'll have economic growth of around 3% this year," Kudrin said.
