The International Atomic Energy Agency declined to comment Wednesday on an apparent U-turn by Iran on a deal, brokered by the atomic watchdog itself, to supply nuclear fuel to a research reactor in Tehran.
The International Atomic Energy Agency declined to comment Wednesday on an apparent U-turn by Iran on a deal, brokered by the atomic watchdog itself, to supply nuclear fuel to a research reactor in Tehran.

"We are aware of the media reports and we have nothing to add," a spokesperson for the U.N. watchdog told AFP.

A day before, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said the Islamic republic would have "no problem" sending stocks of low-enriched uranium to other countries to be refined into reactor fuel, as required under a deal drawn up under the IAEA's auspices last year.
