drilling was a positive development for meeting future energy demand.
"These are all good moves to increase supply of energy," said Naimi,
also noting the boom in
U.S.
natural gas shale production over the past year.
Naimi made the comments to journalists here during the final day of the
industry's International Energy Forum.
The world will need "all sources of energy," from crude oil to
nuclear power, to support economic growth in the years ahead, he said.
