North Korea threatened on Friday to freeze all inter-Korean relations and annul past agreements in response for Seoul’s accusations that Pyongyang was to blame for the sinking of a South Korean warship in March, Yonhap reported.
It quoted a spokesman of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea as saying the North will “regard the present situation as the phase of a war.”
It also accused Seoul of creating an atmosphere “reminiscent of a wartime situation.”
