Bulgarian fuel distributor Petrol AD (5PET.BG) is in advanced talks to sell 200 gasoline stations to Russia's OAO Gazprom Neft (SIBN.RS), the Dnevnik daily reported Thursday on its website, citing unnamed sources.

The deal is expected to be concluded no later than mid-2011 and is likely to be valued at between EUR200 million and EUR300 million, the sources said. Gazprom Neft declined to comment.

Gazprom Neft is majority-owned by Russian state gas firm OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS).
