The Mediterranean Green Development Investors Forum  has been co-organised by Institute for Climate and Energy Security and the EIB, under the auspices of the Prime Minister of Greece with the unequivocal purpose of driving green capital investment into projects across the Mediterranean region. Taking place on Saturday 23 October, 2010 at the Astir Palace, Athens, Greece, the GDIF includes a blend of keynote addresses, networking roundtables, expert panel discussions and case studies, all designed to facilitate networking and highlight the potential of green investment opportunities in the region.
Just a selection of the Ministers, high-level policy-makers and key leaders from the financing community joining the Prime Minister of Greece include senior representatives from: Deutsche Bank, EIB, HSH Nordbank, The World Bank, Climate Change Capital, UfM, Columbia University, WEF, Hellenic Postbank, Finance in Motion, BeCitizen and many more.
