Newswires.
The person also said none of the pipeline projects being planned to get that
gas and bring it to
Europe
are expected to make a final
investment decision by the end of the year, because many conditions that would
allow a decision to be taken have still not been met.
"You need to have environmental, social and engineering studies completed,
credible financing secured and relevant governmental permits in place and gas
transportation agreements finalized before taking a final investment decision,"
the person explained.
