Russian gas firm OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS) expects European gas prices under its long-term contracts to rise in the second half of 2010 to average $308 per 1,000 cubic meters for the whole year, the company's Deputy Chief Executive Alexander Medvedev said Monday.

Gazprom expects its European selling price to average $318 per 1,000 cubic
meters in the third quarter and $327 per 1,000 cubic meters in the fourth
quarter, Medvedev said.
