the government had announcement an immediate ceasefire.
Khalifa Heftir told a press conference, the ceasefire "is not important to
us," Gadhafi is "bluffing."
"Gadhafi does not speak any truth...All the world knows that Moammar
Gadhafi is a liar. He and his sons, and his family, and all those with him are
liars."
