"We hope that the analysis...will dispel the doubts that have appeared in
some populations of EU member countries," said Katarzyna Kacperczyk, a
deputy director at the Ministry's economic affairs department. "This will
be conducive not only to achieving the EU's energy and climate policy
objectives, but also increasing the EU's competitiveness, economic growth, and
thus overcoming the current [economic] crisis in
Europe
."
