Russian energy company Gazprom OAO (GAZP.RS) and Electricite de France SA (EDF.FR) signed a cooperation agreement on the possibility of joint construction and purchase of existing natural-gas power stations in Europe during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Gazprom said in a statement Friday.
