The United Arab Emirates is aiming to have 5% of its energy sourced from renewables by 2020, the country's oil minister, Mohamed Al-Hamli, said Monday.

He added that the country was also targeting to have 20% of its energy supply
come from nuclear in the future, but he declined to give a timeframe for when
this target might be hit.
