OAO Gazprom Neft (SIBN.RS), the oil arm of Russian state energy giant OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS), has signed a $1 billion loan agreement with a group of banks, the company said in a statement Monday.

The loan will be used for general corporate purposes, Gazprom Neft said.
