Serbian oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS], majority-owned by Gazprom Neft,
plans to pour some 400 million euro ($535 million) in the development of petrol
stations in Romania, Bulgaria and Bosnia and Herzegovina by the end of 2015, NIS
regional manager Branko Radujko said.
The retail network in Bosnia
comprising the Gazprom premium and the NIS Petrol budget brands currently
consists of 36 locations with plans to invest 90 million euro by the end of the
year in their development, Radujko said on the company's website on
Wednesday.

around 250 facilities in the Balkans region with around 40 stations located on
the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Radujko said.
Following the
modernization of the oil refinery in the central Serbian town of Pancevo in the
second half of last year, NIS is planning annual production of 5.0 million
tonnes of oil products by 2020 which is sufficient to supply the domestic market
and export to neighboring countries, the official said.
NIS is one
of the largest vertically integrated companies in Southeast Europe. Its main
activities include the exploration, production and processing of oil and gas, as
well as the production and retail trade with a wide range of petroleum
products.
