Turkey's Zorlu Enerji said on Monday its
wholly-owned unit Zorlu Dogal Elektrik Uretimi has powered up the 20 megawatt
(MW) second phase of its 80 MW Kizildere II geothermal plant in southwestern
Turkey.
The plant, located in the Kizildere geothermal field in the
province
of
Denizli
, is running at full capacity since October 31, Zorlu
Enerji said in a filing with Borsa Istanbul.
After completing the first phase of the project, 60 MW were put online at the
end of August.
