FYROM’s electricity consumption fell 5.3% on the year to 602,178 megawatt-hours
(MWh) in August, data from the country's statistics office indicated on
Friday.
Gross domestic power generation covered 42.3% of total gross
electricity consumption in August, the statistics office said in a statement on
its website.
The consumption in August of natural gas, coal and petroleum
products totalled 2.97 million cubic metres, 277,544 tonnes and 86,498 tonnes,
respectively.
