Austrian electricity company Verbund said on Thursday it had sold a 16 megawatt
wind farm on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast to Inwind SpLtd, a project company of
Bulgarian Inovent Holding.
"Both companies agreed on not disclosing any
financial details of the transaction," Verbund said in a statement posted on its
website.
The deal is scheduled to be finalised by the end of
2014.
The step is part of Verbund's strategic path of focusing on its
core markets Austria and Germany.
