Bosnian power utility Elektroprivreda HZHB said it plans to generate
1,650 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of electricity in each 2015 and 2016.
The
power output this year is planned at 1,680 GWh, Elektroprivreda HZHB said in a
statement posted on its website on Monday after its shareholders adopted the
company’s plans for 2014-2016.
Elektroprivreda HZHB, based in Bosnia's
Muslim-Croat Federation, generated 2,348 GWh of electricity in 2013. It is the
smallest of the three Bosnian state-owned power utilities, operating seven hydro
power plants with total capacity of 860 megawatts.
Bosnia's largest power
utility is Elektroprivreda BiH, also based in the Federation, which together
with the Serb Republic forms Bosnia and Herzegovina. Elektroprivreda RS is the
power utility of the Serb Republic.
