Serbia's
biggest power generating complex, TENT, said on Thursday it plans to reconnect
to the grid its 305 megawatt (MW) A3 unit on January 22.
The A3 unit was
taken offline in the summer for an upgrade with the initial plan to reconnect it
to the grid on January 1, 2015.
TENT said in a statement the delay is due
to the rescheduling of the overhaul works on the electro-filter system of the
unit
The TENT A power station comprises six units with a combined
capacity of 1,650 MW. The coal-fired TENT power generation complex comprises
also TPPs TENT B, Kolubara and Morava. The complex has a total installed
capacity of 3,288 MW.
