Elektrodistribucija Banja Luka, a unit of
Bosnian power distribution company Elektrokrajina, plans to
invest 1.7 million marka ($1 million/900,000 euro) in the construction of new
distribution infrastructure in Banja Luka, local media reported on
Wednesday.
Elektrokrajina has invested in a significant number of
transformer stations on the low-voltage network in urban and suburban areas and
hopes to begin works on inner city transformer stations this year, news agency
Srna reported, quoting a spokesperson for
Elektrokrajina.
Elektrokrajina's non-consolidated net profit fell to
895,000 marka in 2014 from 1.25 million marka a year earlier.
