We live in a different world – a global world of complexity, uncertainty, stronger competition, and high standards of quality and innovation. The economy is confronted with new challenges and an economy of trust is the right answer to the different questions that society defines.

This economy is a new, state of the art, creative matrix of concrete proposals to the challenges that are brought every day to society by people and organisations.

This new economy must be supported by the most modern standards of innovation, creativity, and competitiveness. This is the reason to believe that a new standard of global economy is more than a possibility, it is an individual and collective necessity for all of us as effective global citizens. The difference will be in the capacity of individual participation to act as the central contribution to the reinvention of a collective society.   An economy of trust is not determined by law. It is effectively constructed by all actors in a free and collaborative strategic interaction. The acceleration of the economy depends largely on its people and institutions. An active commitment, in which the focus in the participation and development of new competences, on a collaborative basis, must be the key difference. This is the main purpose of diplomacy in the economy.
