Areva (CEI.FR), the French nuclear giant, Thursday said it has submitted a bid to the Republic of South Africa to build two third generation nuclear reactors, or EPRs.
To carry out the project, Areva is heading a consortium bringing together South African engineering group Aveng (AEG.JO), French construction group Bouygues (12050.FR) and French electricity group Electricite de France (1024251.FR).
