In the presence of European Commission’s Vice President for Interinstitutional Relations and Foresight Maros Sefcovic, InnoEnergy announced in Paris the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding with both French Ministries for Labour and Economy to launch the ‘EBA250 Academy’ in the frame

of the European Battery Alliance (EBA) to reskill and upskill tens of thousands of workers for the French battery industry.

“2021 could be another defining year for the European Battery Alliance – also thanks to our resolute collective action to address the fast-emerging skills challenge. The new battery industry requires a new set of skills,” Sefcovic said.
