Poland's gas monopoly, Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo, or PGNiG, Monday said it has signed a letter of intent with Iranian Offshore Oil Company to develop Iranian natural gas fields.
Poland's gas monopoly, Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo, or PGNiG, Monday said it has signed a letter of intent with Iranian Offshore Oil Company to develop Iranian natural gas fields.

"The cooperation with Iranian companies not only would increase PGNiG's profitability, but also fits into our international activity," the company said in a statement.

PGNiG didn't provide further details on the nature of the cooperation.
