Iberdrola SA (IBE.MC) has submitted a formal complaint to the European Commission against France and Electricite de France SA (1024251.FR) concerning EDF's dominant condition in the nuclear power sector, Spanish news agency Europa Press reported Thursday, citing Iberdrola's document.
Iberdrola is accusing the French government of passing measures that confer EDF the power to operate in the nuclear power sector as a monopoly, excluding third parties from accessing that market, the agency added.
