Enel SpA (ENEL.MI) Chief Executive Fulvio Conti said Wednesday the Italian company and Acciona SA (ANA.MC) have "common" interests in their joint control of Spain's Endesa SA (ELE.MC), and denied there was a dispute between the two just eight months after their takeover.
The two companies have "common shared views" on Endesa, Enel's CEO said on a conference call following the release of first-quarter results earlier in the day
