Italian utility Enel SpA (ENEL.MI) and Spanish infrastructure company Acciona SA (ANA.MC) are again in disagreement over Endesa SA (ELE.MC), this time over the company's renewable operations, El Pais reports Wednesday.
Citing people close to the situation, the newspaper said Enel representatives had stormed out of an Endesa board meeting because of disagreements over the creation of a new renewables company that will group assets of Endesa and Acciona.
Enel and Acciona took over Endesa late last year but have frequently clashed over the company's management.
