The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency and the chief of Iran's nuclear program plan to meet Thursday in Vienna, the IAEA said Wednesday.
The IAEA gave no indication of the purpose of the meeting between IAEA chief Mohamed ElBaradei Reza Aghazadeh, director of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran.
However, the Associated Press quotes a diplomat close to the IAEA, who the AP did not name, as saying the meeting was requested by the Iranian nuclear official.
